This is an exciting time for our family and whanau. In every Beacon Hill household – we all get to play our part on Sunday as His Church and worship together, spend time in God’s Word, take Communion, and pray for one another.

The early Church met just like we are, in homes. How awesome!

This Sunday – start small and”just do something” (follow my message outline to help you) and as you step out and do something – I’m positive God’s got you and will help you.

The Pastoral Care team are doing a great job following up and we want to encourage you to keep connecting with others.

I’m looking forward to hearing how you all go this Sunday! Email us info@beaconhill.org.nz.

This is our resources page for you to read and/or download the Sunday message outline, guide, and provide you with some ideas on how to run your Home Church this Sunday.

What does Home Church look like?

On Sunday (anytime that fits your household) at home, or you can join online with another household.

Below is the link for our worship set this coming Sunday you can use.

Pray for our country, our fellowship and any other prayer requests.

TIP: Ask someone other than the facilitator to pray eg. kids.

As a fellowship we’ll go through the same message as we journey together. A weekly message outline will be uploaded for your household to share on Sunday.

Choose one person eg. Dad or Mum who should go through the message notes for Sunday, prepare their own notes to complement the message notes and facilitate the sharing.

To make it easy, here’s the SOAP method to do your own Bible study.

During this time in our world, we believe taking Communion like Jesus and His disciples, is a great way to focus on the finished and perfect work of the Cross, and His promises.

Tip: Don’t make it too long, maybe someone else can take communion other than the facilitator. Doesn’t have to be long, just some thoughts or a verse from the Bible.
