WHAT WE SPEAK

“We believe we are called to be a light to the world around us (Matthew 5). While our methods of outreach may vary, the life-giving message of Jesus that we believe and share remains unchanging.

We hold that the Scriptures, both the Old and New Testaments, are divinely inspired and represent God’s revelation to humanity. They are the infallible and authoritative guide for faith and conduct—in other words, the Bible is the foundation by which we live.

We believe in one true God, who has revealed Himself as the eternally self-existent ‘I AM,’ the Creator of heaven and earth and the Redeemer of all people.

As a fellowship, Scripture is our plumb line and foundation. We apply its truths to the present day but do not bend it to fit opinions, cultural shifts, or trends. Scripture declares, ‘Heaven and earth will pass away, but My Word will remain forever.’

WHAT WE SING

When it comes to praise and worship, we prioritise songs grounded in Scripture and limit songs focused on ‘me’ or how we feel. Praise is about magnifying, reverencing, honouring, and glorifying God. This means you’ll hear a mix of hymns, contemporary, and old-school songs that exalt God—not people or emotions. We see worship as a lifestyle, that means, what we do, everyday interactions with people, we aim to live our lives as an act of worship. On Sundays, worship is therefore an extension and even more of a public and corporate confession of our commitment to live our lives for Jesus Christ.
